Friday

4:00 - 5:30 PM: Registration, Open Mat, Meet and Greet

5:30 - 6:00 PM: Welcome to Camp!

6:00 - 7:00 PM: BANG Kickboxing  w/ Rita Rojas - Room A

6:00 - 7:00 PM: Drills & Positional Sparring - Room B

7:00 - 8:00 PM: Open Mat

Saturday

8:30 - 9:30 AM: Yoga with Barbie

9:30 - 11:30 AM: Instruction w/ Melissa Lohsen (GI)

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Q&A | Pictures 

12:00 - 2:00 PM: Open Mat | Lunch | Break 

2:00 - 3:30 PM: Instruction w/ Jessica Sunier (GI)

3:30 - 5:00 PM: Personal Saftey Planning  w/ Torrie O'neil

5:00 - 5:30 PM: Q&A | Pictures | Small Break

5:30 - 7:00 PM: Competiton Tactics & Takedowns w/ Torrie O'neil

7:00 PM: Open Mat

Sunday

9:00 - 10:00 AM: Yoga with Barbie
