Melissa Lohsen

Melissa Lohsen is a well-known figure in Central Florida Jiu Jitsu & Combat scene. She started training Jiu Jitsu back in 1996 and has been training under her husband, fellow black belt David Lohsen since.

Erin Harpe Mata

Black Belt & Pro MMA Fighter

Erin Harpe is a jiu-jitsu black belt under Matt Arroyo, who worked extensively with James Harpe (father) and Rob Kahn while competing both in grappling and mixed martial arts (MMA). Erin Harpe first made waves in grappling as a colored belt, where she earned World and Pan American (No-Gi) titles, she would go on to co-found a successful Gracie Jiu-Jitsu School in Apollo Beach, Florida, which she started with her husband, Luis Mata.

Jessica Sunier

Brown Belt | Every Body Pull Creator

From Nixyaawii country, in Eastern Oregon, Kola is an enrolled tribal member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. Kola is a professional MMA fighter and Brown Belt in BJJ under Professors Gustavo Pries & Jeremy Harrington, from Siri BJJ.

Most notably, Kola is an advocate for MMIW/R. As a survivor of domestic violence & sexual assault, she created & developed a safety plan in hopes of decreasing & minimizing the statistics of violence against Indigenous Women. As founder of the Wisawca Project, it is her goal to empower & uplift not only Indigenous Women but everyone & anyone willing to advocate for growth & change, in regard to fighting this rising epidemic.

Rita Rojas

Brown Belt & Bang Muay Thai Purple Belt

Rita Rojas is Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt under Brian Ruscio, training out of Grappling Mastery. An active competitor, she has also been showcased in high-level competitions like Fight to Win and Submission Hunter Pro. Rita loves teaching Grappling Mastery's Ladies Only and Bullyproof Kids Classes, as well as some Adult Fundamentals and Bang Muay Thai Classes.
